I cannot praise this hotel enough for their exceptional attention to detail and outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the delicious food we could order straight to our room from nearby restaurants like Annaya's Indian and Mandarin. the ironing facilities provided were a lifesaver, ensuring our clothes looked immaculate for all our outings. the heating was perfect, creating a cozy atmosphere in the sitting area where we enjoyed meals at the dining table with a view of the flat-screen TV. the complimentary toiletries were luxurious, and the washing machine was a convenient addition. the fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils, along with the electric kettle, made preparing meals a breeze. the cd player added a nice touch to our evenings unwinding in the comfortable, carpeted living space. And let's not forget the cherry on top - the terrace where we sipped our morning coffee from the nearby Terrace Coffee House, soaking in the breathtaking views. This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations and we cannot wait to return.
